Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CalendarDash ("the App") at calendash.ru. By signing in and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CalendarDash is a personal dashboard that displays your Google Calendar events and helps you analyse how your time is distributed throughout the day and week. The App reads your calendar data in read-only mode and never creates, modifies, or deletes any events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Google account to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Google Account & Permissions

The App connects to your Google account via OAuth 2.0 and requests the following permissions:

calendar.readonly — to read and display your calendar events.
userinfo.email — to identify your account and store your personal settings.

You can revoke these permissions at any time via Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will prevent the App from functioning until you sign in again.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure.
Share your session or credentials with others.

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters. How we handle your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

Calendar event content is never stored on our servers.
Only your display preferences (category colors, theme, thresholds) are stored server-side, keyed by your email address.
We do not sell, share, or monetise your data in any way.

6. Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or updated without notice. During early access (versions below 1.0.0), breaking changes may occur.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The developer of CalendarDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.

CalendarDash uses Google API Services. Use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
